Archie (Alec Baldwin) ends up in the hospital and Brett (Sarah Michelle Gellar) finds out he has been drinking all along.

He proposes, but she ends the relationship, saying its time she relied on herself for a change.

She gives him a picture of herself for his collection of exes, he gets the bookstores to promote her pet project book that she has been editing.
