Matt Dillon is a gang member whose brother Mickey Rourke negotiated a peace.

During Mickey’s absence, Matt gets in a fight but is saved by the sudden appearance of Mickey. Mickey tells Matt to not be like him. Mickey is finally shot dead by the police. Matt takes Mickey’s bike and makes it to the ocean, something his
brother never did.
