Life Among the Cannibals
The hero (Kieran Mulroney) isn’t imagining things; his neighbour is a serial killer. The rest of the neighborhood knows, and they use him to dispose of people they don’t like. The movie ends with the neighbor retiring, and the hero takes his place as the neighborhood killer.
