Microwave Massacre(1979)

Several days later, a moving team removing the house’s furniture, detects faulty wiring in the microwave, indicating that it was responsible for short circuiting Donald’s pacemaker, causing his death. The camera then enters the garage and comes across the refrigerator, which opens, revealing Donald’s wife May’s disembodied head. Her eyes then glow red.
