Pooper:
Using time travel hijinks, Austin manages to thwart Dr. Evil’s plans to use a space “laser” to destroy Washington, DC and save Felicity from a death trap. Dr. Evil escapes once again in a spaceship alongside his beloved clone Mini-Me, vowing revenge once more. Felicity and Austin beat up Fat Bastard and then have a three-way with Austin’s self from the past. Scott Evil learns his mother is Frau Farbissina.

Long Ending:
In this spoof/parody of spy movies (mainly James Bond), legendary super-spy Austin Powers (Mike Meyers) begins noticing his wife Vanessa (Elizabeth Hurley) acting strangely, such as moving backwards when he hits the rewind button on his remote control. She is soon revealed to be a Fembot, i.e., an ultra-sexy and evil robot built by Austin’s arch-enemy Dr. Evil (also Mike Meyers). Austin manages to escape just as Vanessa self-destructs. Now single again, Austin quickly hits up the dating scene. Meanwhile, Dr. Evil and his cat Mr. Bigglesworth return from space. He’s reunited with his most trusted henchmen Number Two (Robert Wagner) (who inexplicably survived falling into a pit of flames in the first film) and Frau Farbissina (Mindy Sterling), alongside his reluctant son Scott Evil (Seth Green). Number Two announces that Dr. Evil’s shell corporations are the owners of Starbucks and, therefore, they are insanely wealthy. Meanwhile, Farbissina introduces Dr. Evil to his clone, a tiny person that Dr. Evil dubs Mini-Me (Verne Troyer). Dr. Evil doesn’t care about owning Starbucks, but quickly develops a heartfelt bond with Mini-Me (much to Scott’s annoyance). Rather than settle into his wealthy lifestyle, Dr. Evil uses a time machine to travel back in time to enact an evil scheme. He and Mini-Me take a time portal from 1999 to 1969, reuniting with the younger versions of Number Two (Rob Lowe) and Frau Farbissina (still Mindy Sterling).

Dr. Evil reveals he travelled to this year specifically because it’s when Austin was in deep freeze from the first film. He unveils a plot to steal Austin’s “mojo” (i.e., his charm, wit, sexuality and luck) to use it himself, rationalizing that with Austin’s mojo, he’ll be unstoppable. Dr. Evil’s grossly obese agent named Fat Bastard (also also Mike Meyers) successfully breaks into the freezer and steals the mojo from the frozen Austin. Dr. Evil ingests some of the mojo and immediately becomes irresistible, spending a night of passion with Farbissina. Meanwhile, the Austin in present-day 1999 realizes his mojo has been lost and deduces Dr. Evil most have stolen it in the past. Head of the spy agency, Basil Exposition (Michael Yorke), agrees to let Austin use the agency’s time travelling car to go back in time to confront Dr. Evil and thwart whatever evil plot he is enacting.

Back in 1969, Austin is paired with American secret agent Felicity Shagwell (Heather Graham). The two develop an instant attraction, but worried about his lost mojo, Austin eventually rebuffs Felicity’s sexual advances. They eventually learn that Fat Bastard stole Austin’s mojo and Felicity seduces Fat Bastard so she can insert a tracking device into his butt. This leads them to eventually finding enough clues to learn that Dr. Evil is operating out of a volcano lair on an island. Meanwhile, Scott travels to 1969 in an effort to bond with his dad. But his dad still prefers Mini-Me and rejects all of Scott’s ideas and efforts. Mini-Me is a terror – leaving roadkill and death threats in Scott’s room and biting Number Two at every opportunity. Dr. Evil soon reveals his plan – he’s built a giant “laser” (in quotes as lasers haven’t been invented yet) on the moon and will blow up Washington, DC unless they pay him $1 Million (he originally demands $100 Billion only to be laughed at as such a number is unfathomable in the 1960s).

Austin and Felicity manage to track Dr. Evil from his volcano lair to his moon base. Austin engages in a long fight with Mini-Me, only ending after he manages to force Mini-Me into a toilet and flush him into outer space. Felicity is kidnapped and put into a gas chamber. Dr. Evil gives Austin two options – save Felicity or save the world. Austin opts to save the world as Felicity dies from the gas. He manages to corner Dr. Evil when the villain tries to escape, but Dr. Evil notes that Austin could let him go and use the time machine to go back and save Felicity. Austin does so, successfully activating the time machine and working with his past self to both stop Dr. Evil and save Felicity. Dr. Evil manages to escape by throwing Austin’s remaining mojo into the air while fleeing. Austin tries to catch it, but fails. The mojo smashes onto the floor and leaks out. Felicity remarks, however, that Austin never needed his mojo. Even without it he saved her life, foiled Dr. Evil, and she is still in love with him. Confidence restored, Austin returns to the 1990s and Felicity agrees to come with him.

Dr. Evil rescues Mini-Me in his spaceship, overjoyed to be reunited with his tiny clone. Austin and Felicity are living together happily, and they manage to foil an assassination attempt by Fat Bastard. Austin, Felicity, and past Austin all make love together. Scott learns that he was not created in a lab, but is actually the son of Dr. Evil and Frau Farbissina (and he is happily embraced by Farbissina). And another of Dr. Evil’s henchmen, Mustafa (Will Ferrell), is shown to have survived being pushed off a cliff earlier in the film but is very badly injured (continuing a gag from the first film).
