The first 3 Americans fight and do poorly.  Alex (Eric Roberts) fights well despite separating his shoulder.  Tommy (Phillip Rhee) is set to defeat Dae Han (Simon Rhee) and prepares to do his power-kick to the Dae Han’s chest, similar to the kick he gave to Virgil earlier.  Coach Couzo (James Earl Jones) and Alex yell for Tommy not to give in to revenge.  Tommy restrains himself and loses the match rather than killing Dae Han.  Dae Han tells Tommy his brother was a great fighter and apologizes for killing him.
