When Bolt, Mittens and Rhino make it to LA, Bolt saved Penny from a real fire in the studio.

Due to pushiness by the agent Penny quits the show.

The last scene has the Real Penny watching a “New” Penny and Bolt on the show with Mittens and Rhone by their side. Then Penny and Bolt go outside to play.
