Pin(1988)

Pin is a medical dummy owned by Leon & Ursula’s father. 

As Leon grows up he keeps believing that Pin is alive and his only friend.

The movie ends with Ursula killing Pin causing Leon to suffer a psychotic break where he becomes pin. 

Ursula marries her boyfriend leaving Leon living out his days as Pin, cared for by a live in nurse.
