Sadie (Lucy Liu) kills the group of vampires who made her a vampire, but it is implied that she is not like them.

Rawlins (Michael Chiklis) fulfills his promise to kill Sadie by stabbing her in the heart with an arrow from her crossbow.

As the credits roll someone closes a drawer in the morgue and it is soon kicked open just like when Sadie first woke up as a vampire.
