Rock Star

Chris (Mark Wahlberg), after tiring of his stint as a voice for hire for the 80’s mega-metal band Steel Dragon, heads to Seattle in the early 90’s in order to play his brand of new, edgy rock music at the local clubs. Once there, he reunites with Emily (Jennifer Aniston) – who had moved to Seattle a few years earlier to start a small business which she doesn’t think will really go anywhere: a coffeehouse. The audience is left with the impression they’ll live happily ever after.
