The Accused(1988)

The men accused of raping Sarah (Jodie Foster) plead guilty to a lesser charge and are given a lenient prison sentence.  Sarah’s lawyer Kathryn (Kelly McGillis) decides to go after the men who watched and cheered during the attack.

A college student who witnessed the attack and called the police after, testifies against the three accused men, accounting for what he saw and corroborating Sarah’s story.

The men are found guilty and Sarah finally gets justice for the violent attack against her.
