The House(2016)

The house is cursed/haunted by the previous family.
After seeing a family photo, Kriener (Mats Reinhardt) understands that their prisoner Rune (Sondre Krogtoft Larsen) is actually the patriarch of the family that used to live in the home, and thus is a ghost. Kriener further concludes that they are stuck in a time loop, destined to be continuously haunted and tortured for their actions during the war. As a disbelieving Fleiss (Frederik von Lüttichau) listens to Kriener, the ghost of Rune stands behind him. Kriener goes for his gun, spooking Fleiss, the two shooting each other.

Fleiss kills Kriener and after writing in the journal they found earlier, commits suicide. Rune puts the book away and resets the house to what it was before the two arrived. Looking out the window, he sees Kriener and Fleiss about to enter the house, forever stuck in the time loop.
