After Sheriff Chris Vaughn (The Rock) kills most of the bad guys, he finds out that the drugs that are being peddled out of the recently closed lumber mill.  Vaughn goes to the mill and finds a nicely organized meth lab, and crime boss/casino owner Jay Hamilton (Neal McDonough) waiting for him.  The two of them fight and Vaughn comes out on top and arrests Hamilton.  In the end, the casino closes and the lumber mill re-opens, reinstating a sense of stability in the town once again.
