Synopsis
Warden Major Howard Toliver (Michael Dudikoff) and the teen prisoners manage to rescue Gabrielle Presscott (Nicole Hansen) and the hostages from the guerillas.
Out of the group; Monster (Cedrik Terrell), Lopez (Demetrius Navarro), Raul (Rene L. Moreno) Jenkins (Jeremiah Birkett) and bigoted murderer Brophy (Channon Roe) don’t make it.
Vinh Moc (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) and the remaining guerillas get blown up when Butts (Tyrin Turner) manages to detonate the explosives he stashed aboard the helicopter earlier.
