Meredith (Demi Moore) is fired for incompetence. Expecting the promotion to her job, Sanders (Michael Douglas) is disappointed when Stephanie Kaplan (Rosemary Forsyth) is selected instead. During acceptance speech, though, he realizes that she is the one who saved his butt.
