Much like the original, Nancy brings Freddy into the real world from the dream world but this time she cuts his gloved hand off with a box cutter and slits his throat.  She torches Freddy’s “Magic Cave” where he abused children with Freddy inside. 

The film ends with Nancy finally getting some sleep and Krueger suddenly appears in a mirror’s reflection and kills Nancy’s mother before pulling her body through the mirror and Nancy screams.
