Dead End(2003)

A family on their way to the in-laws for Christmas take a shortcut through the woods and get in to a car accident, killing all except one of  the occupants in both cars. Right before the accident occurs we are made to believe that there was no accident just a very close call. After driving endlessly through the lonely woods they finally see a lady in white in the middle of the road and ask her for directions. She and death, who drives a painfully slow hearse, begin to take them one by one. Right before being taken by death, the one survivor from the car crash wakes up in the hospital where death finds the next victim, whose name we had seen in road signs as the next stop during the family’s trip through the woods.
