Hamlet
Pretty much everybody except Horatio (including Polonius, Ophelia, Gertrude, Laertes, Claudius, Hamlet, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, in chronological order) ends up dead. As the curtain falls, Fortinbras assumes the vacant throne of Denmark.
