Dr. Alan Grant (Sam Neill), Dr. Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern), and siblings Tim and Alex Murphy (Joseph Mazzello and Ariana Richards) find safety in the control room where Alex restores computer, security, and phone systems to the island. A raptor then breaks in and they crawl through air ducts and end up in the main atrium of the Jurassic park Welcome Center, closely followed by two raptors. Just as they are about to get attacked, the T. rex shows up inside the Welcome Center, fighting and killing the raptors, allowing time for the gang to escape. Outside, they reconnect with Hammond (Sir Richard Attenborough) and an injured Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum), where Grant tells them that he does NOT endorse Jurassic Park. Hammond agrees, while the T. rex gives a victorious roar for his two fresh kills. The group climbs into a helicopter and escape from the island.
