Uma (Emma Roberts) discovers that the girls in Paradise never leave the island; they are killed and replaced with poor women who are surgically altered to look just like them who then take over their lives in the world.

Uma escapes the island with her own replacement and promises her a better life. Uma’s replacement pretends to be her and marries a rich man before allowing Uma to kill him so she can inherit his money while Uma runs off.
