Synopsis
Lou (Ally Sheedy) gets shot by her girlfriend (Patsy Kensit).
She, the sheriff (Chris Penn), and Lenny (Stephen Baldwin) were all part of the conspiracy.
Lenny also did the failed assault in the city early in the movie.
