Pooper:
Ted convinced Ivan to kill Dani (so he could avoid a costly divorce) and framed Olin for the murder. Darcy unveils his plot but dies when she falls into a trap Ted sent. Ted arranges for Ivan to be murdered to tie up loose ends. Ted then receives a cursed bell in the mail from Darcy (that she sent before her murder) and once rung, it summons the spirit of an evil bellhop (who likely will kill Ted).
Long Ending:
Dani (Carolyn Bracken) is the wife of psychiatrist Ted (Gwilym Lee). While Ted spends long days in the psychiatric hospital where he works (hoping to be elevated to the head of the hospital), Dani spends her days remodeling their secluded new home. One night while Dani is alone at the home, one of Ted’s former psychiatric patients Olin (Tadhg Murphy) appears and claims that he was watching the home and that he saw someone sneak in while Dani was out getting things from her car. Unsure that she can trust this stranger, Dani refuses to let Olin in. Olin understands her hesitation and claims he is going to go get the police before leaving. Jumping ahead, it is revealed that Dani was murdered that night and that Olin was charged with the murder. While in custody, something sneaks into Olin’s room and brutally murders him.
One year later, Ted visits Darcy (Carolyn Bracken), Dani’s twin sister. Darcy is blind and runs their mother’s old antique shop that specializes in selling “cursed objects.” Darcy shows Ted an old antique hotel bell she recently received, and claims anyone who rings it will be killed by the ghost of a murderous bellboy whose spirit is contained within. Ted laughs off the claim, reminding Darcy he never believed in the supernatural like Dani and Darcy do. As they talk, Ted mentions that he is dating a woman named Yana (Caroline Menton), and that Yana is now refurbishing the home where Darcy was killed. He also gives Darcy Olin’s glass eye that was recovered from the scene of his murder (Darcy requested it so that she could get closure). After Ted leaves, Darcy holds the glass eye in her hand and gasps! She then begins packing a giant wooden mannequin from her shop into a trunk.
A few days later, Darcy appears at Ted’s home along with a giant wooden mannequin (claiming its a gift for Ted and Yana). Ted goes to work and Yana very reluctantly is forced to stay with Darcy. As the women talk, Darcy asks when Yana and Ted got together (Yana claims, not very convincingly, that their relationship started only after Dani was murdered). Eventually, Darcy claims that she is psychic and can “see” images of a person’s life when she holds the person’s personal objects. She says that the psychic images that she received after holding Olin’s glass proved that Olin did not murder Dani, but that an orderly who works in Ted’s hospital named Ivan (Steve Wall) was the actual murderer. Yana is freaked out by Darcy’s claims, and becomes increasingly uneasy when she thinks she sees the wooden mannequin moving. Eventually, Yana flees the home when she sees Dani’s ghost and the ghost tells her to “run.” Yana also calls Ted and tells her about Darcy’s claims.
Ted goes to the home, where he finds Darcy weeping on the upper level. She is clutching his wedding ring. Darcy says that the psychic visions she got from Ted’s ring filled in the rest of the missing info about Dani’s death. She saw that Ted no longer wanted to be with Dani, but didn’t want a divorce because he was worried he would go bankrupt, lose the house, and be unable to focus on his work. So he signed paperwork to have Ivan (who himself was a psychiatric patient) released and then hired Ivan as an orderly. In exchange, Ted orders Ivan to sneak into his home and kill Dani. Olin (who was about to be released from the hospital) overheard the pair plotting through an air vent, and that’s why he was watching the home. The pair then framed Olin for the murder once they learned he was also at the home. Darcy finishes her story by claiming that she killed Olin (mistakenly believing he murdered her sister). She now says that her plan is to murder Ivan and destroy Ted’s life.
Ted denies all the claims and also expresses skepticism that Darcy could have killed anyone given her small statute and blindness. He leaves his phone in the hallway (saying its the only spot in the home with reception) and says that he is going to drive to visit the detective that investigated the murder and have the detective call his phone so that the detective can speak to Darcy and explain how Olin was the killer. As Ted is talking to Darcy however, he quietly opens a trap door that is in front of her so that when she walks to get the phone, she will fall through it. He then leaves and returns to the hospital where he calls his cell phone. Darcy walks towards it and tumbles through the trap door to to the hard stone floor a flight below. Ted then sends Ivan to his home to dispose of the body.
When Ivan arrives, he finds Darcy mortally wounded but still alive. When she sees Ivan, she starts an incantation that awakens the wooden mannequin. The mannequin (which Darcy also used to kill Olin) chases Ivan through the home and Ivan is severely injured as he flees. The mannequin eventually catches Ivan and almost kills him, but Darcy dies before she can finish the job. After not hearing from Ivan for some time, Ted returns to the home. He calls an ambulance and has Ivan restrained and sent to his hospital. Ted also burns the mannequin.
Ted lets a murderous psychiatric patient into Ivan’s room and the patient kills Ivan. Thinking all loose ends have been tied up, Ted returns home. On the way, he listens to a message from Yana breaking up with him and calling him crazy for staying in a house where two murders occurred. When he arrives, he sees a package that Darcy sent to him before she was killed. He opens it and finds the supposedly cursed bell inside. Ted rings the bell, and then breathes a sigh of relief when nothing happens. However, as Ted relaxes, the ghost of the murderous bellboy manifests behind him (likely to kill him).
