The missing money is found under the desk. Whether or not this is the actual missing money is left to the viewer.
Julia (Rooney Mara) gets the abortion due to the money Pedro (Raul Carmona) gave her.
Pedro basically snaps (due in part to Julia getting an abortion) and has a full on brawl with another chef.
The owner Rashid (Oded Fehr) asks why Pedro is wasting time. Pedro doesn’t answer.
