Madison (Daryl Hannnah) is kidnapped by the “scientists” led by Walter Kornbluth (Eugene Levy). She is taken to their lab, where she begins to weaken and die. Allan (Tom Hanks) breaks in, and with the help of his brother Freddie (John Candy) and Walter (who has a sudden attack of consciance), returns Madison to the water. Knowing that they’ll never be able to have a normal life on land, Allen joins Madison in the ocean.
