Employee of the Month(2006)

After 30 days, Zack (Dane Cook) and Vince (Dax Shepard) are deadlocked. The corporate manager decides that the best way to decide who should win Employee of the Month will be decided by who can scan the most items the quickest. Vince wins. However, when he is being presented with his 18th Employee of the Month award, Security Guard Semi (Marcello Thedford) comes forward with a tape that shows that Vince did not scan all the items in his cart, due to a showoff behind-the-back movement which it turns out was responsible for the store’s low net profit over the past 17 months, since Vince had been inadvertently giving away several thousands of dollars in merchandise. Vince is fired and Zack wins Employee of the Month. Zack also does get together with Amy (Jessica Simpson), but it had nothing to do with him winning. (DUH!)

And on a side note, Vince’s one-time right hand box-boy Jorge (Efrem Ramirez) finds confidence in himself. GO PEDRO!!!
