Synopsis
Sonic and officer Tom (James Marsden) make it to San Francisco where Sonic recovers his bag of golden rings. Just as he is about to use a ring to warp to another planet, Dr. Ivo Robotnik (Jim Carrey) attacks. After a climactic battle, Sonic defeats Robotnik by using a warp ring to send him to another planet. With peace restored, Sonic moves in with Tom (James Marsden) and his wife Maddie (Tika Sumpter).
Mid-credits scene: A new warp ring opens up, and out pops Miles “Tails” Prower, who has come to Earth looking for Sonic. Sequel time!
