Pooper:
Art and Victoria slaughter all of Sienna’s family except for Gabbie, and capture and torture Sienna. Gabbie is able to get Sienna her mystic sword, which Sienna uses to free herself, kill Victoria, and chase off Art. Victoria’s death causes a portal to Hell to open, and Gabbie tumbles in. Sienna vows to rescue Gabbie and defeat Art once and for all.

Long Ending:
After Art the Clown (David Howard Thornton) is beheaded by Sienna (Lauren LaVera) and her brother Jonathan (Elliott Fullam) at the end of the second film, Victoria (Samantha Scaffidi) – the heavily deformed survivor of Art’s murderous rampage in the first film – gives birth to Art’s head. Meanwhile, Art’s headless body rises and makes its way to the mental hospital where Victoria and Art’s head are waiting. Art’s head reattaches to its body, and the clown and Victoria kill all the orderlies before leaving the hospital. They travel to an abandoned house where both of them begin hibernating.

Five years later, Sienna is finally checking out of a mental health hospital. Her uncle Greg (Bryce Johnson) picks her up as Sienna is moving in with he and her aunt Jessica (Margaret Anne Florence). Jessica and Greg’s teenage daughter Gabbie (Antonella Rose) is especially excited to reunite with her favorite cousin. Although Sienna is excited to be with family, she is still traumatized by her battle with Art. She eagerly awaits a visit from Jonathan, who is away at boarding school but will be staying at their house over the upcoming winter break. Sienna also retrieves the mystical sword she used to behead Art from the first film and hides it in the house. Meanwhile, two demolition workers enter the abandoned house and accidentally awaken Victoria and Art from their slumber.

Art leaves the house and is delighted to find it is Christmas season. He goes into a bar where he kills a patron (cameo by Clint Howard) and the bartender, and then takes a Santa suit another patron was wearing before killing him too. Art goes on a killing spree, killing a random family (depicted at the beginning of the film) and setting off a bomb in a mall after pretending to be a mall Santa. Art then journeys to the boarding school where Jonathan is. The killer clown brutally slaughters Jonathan’s roommate and the roommate’s girlfriend (who was a true crime podcaster obsessed with Art the Clown). While watching news reports on the carnage left in Art’s wake, Sienna becomes convinced that Jonathan is in danger and convinces Greg to pick him up early. She then takes a sedative and goes to sleep. Sienna dreams of her dad (cameo by Jason Patric), who explains that the sword is an angelic weapon meant to fight demons like Art.

When Sienna awakens, she hears voices and goes downstairs. There, she finds Art and Victoria, along with the dead body of Greg that they nailed to the wall. The evil duo attacks and knocks out Sienna. When she awakens, she sees that the pair have also attacked and captured Jessica. They show a severed, butchered head to the women and claim that it is Gabbie’s head. Victoria then explains that she is possessed by a demon (implied to be the Little Pale Girl) and that Victoria’s soul has been destroyed. Art is beholden to the demon, and the demon needs a human body to keep her anchored in the real world. Victoria then explains that she’s killing Sienna’s family in hopes of making Sienna so depressed that the demon can possess her. To further their efforts, they brutally kill Jessica in front of Sienna. They then bring out Gabbie alive and well but also captured (they lied about whose severed head they had in order to cause Sienna and Jessica more angst). Victoria then claims that the severed head is actually Jonathan’s. Victoria tries to possess Sienna, but Sienna fights her off. Frustrated, they prepare to kill Gabbie.

Gabbie begs them to let her give Sienna her Christmas present before they kill her. Seeing another chance to torture Sienna, they agree to Gabbie’s request (breaking Sienna’s hands so that opening the gift will be painful). Gabbie hands Sienna the package containing her sword (having snuck a peek inside the package earlier and knowing what it was), and Sienna is able to use it to free herself, cut Art’s throat, and kill Victoria. Art recovers and engages in a brutal fight with Sienna. Meanwhile, Victoria’s blood seeps out of her body and opens a portal to Hell. Gabbie falls into the portal but grabs onto a ledge and cries out for Sienna’s help. Sienna abandons the fight, allowing Art to escape. She tries to pull Gabbie up but is unable to do so. Gabbie falls into Hell, and the portal closes. Sienna vows to destroy Art once and for all and rescue her cousin from Hell. Art is last seen boarding a bus and honking his horn at an unnerved fellow rider.

Order of Deaths:

  1. Family (parents and kids) – Art enters dressed in full Santa costume. He chops up most of the family (who are asleep) with an axe. The young daughter wakes up and hides, but Art eventually finds her (and presumably kills her).
  2. Police officer – Strangled to death by Art’s headless body. The body then pops off the officer’s head and places it on his neck stump.
  3. Burke (cameo by Chris Jericho) – Victoria pins him against the wall and begins strangling him. Then she and Art’s headless body grab hold of his face and rip it in two.
  4. Subway Art the Clown – Art and Victoria meet a man dressed up as Art for Halloween on the subway. Although his death is not shown, the pair are next seen with the man’s horn, hat, and headpiece (implying they killed him).
  5. First demolition worker – Brutally stabbed in the face and neck with a mirror shard by Victoria.
  6. Second demolition worker – He is nailed to the ground by Art, and then Art stabs him repeatedly until his face flesh falls off. Victoria masturbates as she watches.
  7. Bartender and Bar patron – Art shoots them both in the head, killing them quickly.
  8. Mall Santa – Art ties him to a chair and then uses a liquid nitrogen tank to freeze Santa’s limbs and break them apart with a hammer. He then freezes and rips off the man’s beard (along with 2/3 of his face). Art then grabs a carrot nose off a snowman decoration and jams it into the man’s bloody face.
  9. Various mall patrons – Art wraps a bomb inside a Christmas present and then goes to the mall and gives out presents as Santa. When an excited kid unwraps the bomb, it explodes and kills six people.
  10. Mia – He slices her apart in a shower with a chainsaw. As she dies, Art looks her straight in the eyes (Mia earlier said she wanted to know what it was like to look a killer like Art in the eyes).
  11. Cole – He is also attacked in the shower with Mia, and Art slices off one of his hands and some fingers with his chainsaw. As Cole tries to crawl away, Art catches up to him and saws him from his anus to his chest (a callback to the 1st film), then flips Cole over and chainsaws him from groin to chest. Art then makes a “blood angel” (like a snow angel) in the pool of blood left from his murders of Mia and Cole.
  12. Greg – Killed offscreen. Art and Victoria nail his decapitated body onto the wall of his house and put Greg’s head on the top of his Christmas Tree where the star normally goes. Later, Art pulls out some of Greg’s intestines to wrap around the tree. Later, he also unsuccessfully tries to choke Sienna to death with the rest of Greg’s intestines.
  13. Jonathan (potentially) – Killed offscreen. Art and Victoria show Victoria a skull and Jonathan’s glasses and claim to have killed him. But the death is not confirmed or shown onscreen.
  14. Jessica – Victoria jams a tube down Jessica’s throat. Art (using a blowtorch) forces rats to run through the tube and into Jessica’s throat. Victoria then slits Jessica’s throat, and the rats come tumbling out (where Art stomps on them).
  15. Victoria – Jessica stabs Victoria numerous times with the sword, killing her for good after stabbing it through Victoria’s mouth and severing her head.
