The Children(2008)

Following an assortment of crayon in the eye, scapling, gutting/disembowlment various impalments, hit and run over. Leaha, is the only one of the kids left alive and Elaine & Casey are the only adults.

It’s revealed that whatever infection took over the children has now affected Casey as well.
