Ravenhurst (Basil Rathbone) is defeated, the usurping king is dethroned and the rightful heir is restored to the throne. The Maid Jean (Glynis Johns) and Hawkins (Danny Kaye) are reunited and after much singing and banter, order and justice are restored to the kingdom.
