The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies!!?(1964)

Jerry, Marge, and Harold (Cash Flagg, Carolyn Brandt, and Atlas King) visit a fortune teller named Madame Estrella (Brett O’Hara) at a local carnival. The seer warns them that Jerry will die, but he ignores the warning. But, then Jerry becomes transfixed by one of the carnival dancer girls named Carmelita (Erina Enyo). She lures him backstage where he becomes hypnotized by Madame Estrella and her creepy hunchback henchman, Ortega (Don Russell).
 
Jerry then goes on a killing spree, and he eventually confronts Madame Estrella, wondering what she did to him. She splashes some weird zombie-making serum into his face. But as they put him into the zombie holding cell to wait for the serum to take affect, the other people they had completely turned into zombies already break out and cause mass hysteria at the carnival, and killing Carmelita, Estrella, Ortega , and others.
 
The cops arrive and shoot the zombies dead (worst zombies ever!). Jerry, who has started to show signs of being zombie-ized, also escapes. The cops give chase, as do Marge, Harold, and some dude named Madison (Pat Kirkwood).

They end up at a beach cliff where Jerry is shot. He falls into the ocean, they drag him out, and he dies.
