A lab accident allows the 4-D Man to pass his body through any solid material.
Driven slightly mad by this newfound power, he ends the movie by unwisely claiming he can even walk through a wall of impenetrably dense Cargonite. He tries but can’t make it all the way though, and is presumably trapped forever.
