Synopsis
Kong rescues his mate from the underground installation where the military has her imprisoned. After the two apes invading a barn dance, lady Kong collapses in labor. The military arrive to destroy the two apes, but Kong is able to destroy a few tanks and kill Nevitt. Critically wounded, he collapses from a heart attack. Lady Kong bears him a son and Kong makes contact with the newborn, then dies. The final scene is in Borneo at the reserve built for Lady Kong where her son is swinging from vines.
